This week we began working from home after the Governments announcement. On Monday most staff were working from home apart from those who were unable to, Rosie, Luke and I were doing outside jobs around site such as weeding, tidying the bug hotel and removing Ivy from the side of the Kit store. We also began redrawing some of the slate chalk signs from around site and I finished painting my weather tree in the allen classroom. On Tuesday everyone was told to work from home. Rosie and I had made a list of office tasks we could get done from home. For the rest of the week we have been having Zoom meetings at 9am before continuing the day with our office jobs such as typing up a how to set up a Bioblitz guide and information posters for the museum. We have had various themes for our meetings including tartan and cool hats. We have also been doing Yoga at 5pm each day and watching a film in the evenings. Everything got a bit crazy this week, in light of Covid-19 my placement duties are changing slightly and disapointingly the centre has no groups in for the foreseeable future which is a shame. I'm glad I got to help out with one group though. The centre's boat still evades me though! I had monday off whilst Maisie was here and once she left spent the afternoon deep cleaning the flat. On Tuesday I was back in the office and the mood was very different to what it had been on Friday when I left and things had been pretty normal. It's like everything went from 0-1000 over the weekend. I spent Tuesday making resources for the muesum such as different information posters, boards, gluing displays down, organising where things are displayed etc. I also put away all the waterproofs and wellies the primary school used last week and remade some signs for the store sections. In the afternoon I washed all the kit we used and put it away in the kitstore. We also participated in a rec

This week I conducted another WeBs Survey, helped out with my first primary school group and helped with aquarium feeds. On Tuesday Rosie and I went out in the morning at High tide and carried out the WeBs survey that we do once a month. Its crazy to think the last time I did it was a month ago! In the afternoon Rosie, Luke and I did an aquarium feed where we filleted a Mackrel to feed to the various organisms in the aquarium. We also had Cinolla training which is a new online system the FSC are moving too for bookings, communicating with guests and coordinating booking calendar and education rota. I have also been posting our weekly staff profiles on the FSC Millport Instagram:  https://www.instagram.com/fscmillport/?hl=en On Wednesday Alex asked me to take on the task of tidying and sorting the Robertson Museum we have on site. I had to identify two peices of scientific equipment without labels and then create information cards to display along side them. One is a Vintage Gno
